Our Byron Bay studio offers a calm, halcyon space and experienced teachers to guide you through your meditation practice.

Whether it is your 1st or 100th time meditating, drop in and find stillness.

Velvet cushions provided; you are welcome to bring additional cushions or blankets of your own to complete your practice. The room is heated/cooled (appropriate to season) to provide a comfortable climate.

Each class costs $15. Cash or card accepted.

Join us for 45 mins where you’ll learn a sacred Tibetan Buddhist meditation practice to enhance your concentration and train your mind to be a calmly abiding faithful servant rather than a unruly master. Following the meditation we’ll discuss how you can integrate the techniques into your every day life as an ‘off the cushion’ practice, continuing to liberate your mind with your eyes open.
