Traditional Thai Massage
Traditional Thai Massage is a healing art form originating about 2000 years ago with roots in Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine focusing on the 10 main energy channels in the body to address any health conditions and realign the body to its natural state. The massage is fully clothed. You arrive wearing loose comfortable clothing and working on the mat on the floor. It is a mixture of firm pressure using the whole body and some acupressure, yoga-like stretches to work through your energetic channels and deeper tissues resulting in a relaxing, rejuvenating and therapeutic massage.
Traditional Thai Massage has been shown to have amazing physical benefits such as detoxification, increased immune system function, increased blood circulation, muscle relaxation and increased flexibility. The practice has also been shown to support a variety of psychological benefits such as reduced stress and anxiety, increased inner energy levels, mental clarity, emotional balance and internal power of self confidence as well as self discipline.
It is a beautiful healing art form which has been practiced in Buddhist temples with a Buddhist philosophy of Metta - loving touch and kindness to nurture and heal your body.

Yui was born in Japan and grew up in Melbourne, studied Occupational Therapy and practiced as an OT in a mental health setting for several years. After struggling with anxiety and adrenal fatigue, she discovered yoga and meditation and decided to travel overseas to learn more about yoga and also to expand her awareness of the world. After 6 years of living and travelling all over the world and studying yoga, practicing meditation, completing Nutrition and Health Coaching at Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and learning Traditional Thai Massage she came back to Australia.
Her approach to her coaching is to empower each individual to find their inner strength, motivation, power to achieve what they want in life whether it be their health, career goals, relationships, and personal development. The primary focus is on creating a foundation of healthy body, mind, spirit and the environment right now and then we will shift the gear to manifesting your goals. Incorporating growth mindset principles to assist creating a belief system that you are able to achieve anything you set your mind to. It's a team effort at the beginning, and be prepared to do the "work", and you will learn these skills as you go and it will become part of you as you create and live the life you truly deserve.
